How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless a “Sold Out” message is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it is not reserved until you have completed your order. Also notice that some Smartiful Cups are limited edition so make sure you purchase it as soon as possible while it is still available.
How can I suggest your next donation?

What do I get when I purchase Smartiful cup? What is included in Smartiful Cup Package?
Details/what is included in Smartiful Cup package:

Which sizes of Smartiful Cup do you offer?
We only have one size of Smartiful Cup: 350 ml.
Will you offer any other sizes or designs?
For now, we only offer one size (350ml). But, we will be adding more designs as a special edition offers.

Can I buy separate items also?
You can only buy Smartiful Plug and Smartiful Cleaner separately. You can do that here.
What forms of payments do you accept?
You can pay using Direct bank transfer or Pay via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
Is is safe to use my credit card on your website?
Do you charge sales tax on any item?
VAT is included in all product prices on our page.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship from Slovenia to all over the world except some countries which are determined by the criteria of security and deliverability.
Do prices listed in the site include shipping costs?
Standard shipping is included in all product prices, but if you choose DHL express shipping, costs are charged separately and varies according to shipping destination.
How much are the shipping costs?
There is a free standard shipping on all products and free delivery on all orders over €250. If you choose DHL express shipping the cost is charged separately and varies according to shipping destination. The shipping cost in this case is visible at the check out.
Do any additional costs (import duties and taxes) apply?
Please note Smartiful ships from Slovenia. Import duties and taxes may apply. These are regulated by your country’s customs and we do not have any influence on this.
That is why your shipment may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. In all cases our shipping fee does not cover additional fees and customs fees. International customers are responsible for paying custom charges directly to the carrier or governmental agency requiring payment. If custom charges are not paid in a timely basis the carrier will return the item back to us and we will refund your money back by deducting all the return expenses which charged from us. SMARTIFUL is not responsible from any rejected shipment expenses.
How long will it take for my items to be delivered?
We’ll do everything we can to have your order delivered to you as fast as possible, but here’s more info about our Delivery times.

Can I change my delivery address?
If you wish to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us on [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact us on [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot cancel any orders after they have been shipped.
What can cause a delay in delivery?
Please note that during sales periods delivery can take longer than usual. Delivery times as shown below count from the day your package is shipped from the our warehouse. Expected delivery date is mentioned on the checkout page, in the order confirmation e-mail and in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
I want to return a product because it didn't met my expectations. How can I do that?
If our Smartiful Cup didn’t met your expectations you can return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase. You can do that by contacting us at [email protected] We only accept the return of Smartiful Cups that were not used.
Will I receive a full refund when returning an order?
Your refund will either be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order, or as Smartiful Gift Card. Shipping costs are not refunded, unless your items are faulty.
*Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund money to enter your bank account.
My product got damaged during the deliver. What should I do?
If your product was damaged in transit, don’t let this ruin your day, instead contact us as soon as possible at [email protected], so that we can arrange a new product for you. Please note that you don’t need to pay shipping costs for returning a damaged product.
